摘  要:随着现代化产业的技术发展,在预应力工程中,锚具锚索已经被广泛应用于煤矿煤巷的支护、地基基础加固、桥梁建筑,铁路边坡的锚固和隧道的初期支护等领域。其中,在锚具使用过程中,锚具夹片是不可或缺的一环。而且目前锚具夹片加工存在效率低、精度不高的问题,自动化加工程度不高。因此设计了一种自动切割装置,由一对同步液压缸进行工件夹紧,并沿着3组电机锯片中心在保持夹紧的状态下进行切割,同时也利用了PLC控制系统对于电磁换向阀的自动控制,进而控制液压缸的伸缩。这种使工件3等分的自动切割机,可实现工件的快速夹紧、自动循环切割作业,拥有较高的效率,且能保证一定的切割精度,具有较大的应用前景。With the development of technology in modern industry,anchor bolts have been widely used in coal mine roadway support,foundation reinforcement,bridge construction,railway slope anchoring and initial support of tunnels in prestressed projects.Among them,the anchor clip is an indispensable part during the use of the anchor.Moreover,the current processing of anchor clips has the problems of low efficiency and low precision,and the degree of automated processing is low.A workpiece clamping by a pair of synchronous hydraulic cylinders was designed,and the center of the three sets of motor saw blades was cut along while maintaining the clamping state,and the automatic control of the solenoid valve by the PLC control system was utilized to control the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder.The automatic cutting machine which can divide the workpiece into three parts,can realize the fast clamping and automatic cycle cutting of the workpiece.It has a high efficiency,ensures a certain cutting accuracy,and has a great application prospect.
