摘  要:新设计抽油机天轮结构是现有抽油机所没有的特殊结构,在此工况下轴承的受载情况、以及所用型号的轴承是否能够达到工作要求都没有具体的数值判定。通过有限元软件,对圆锥滚子轴承在同时受径向载荷和轴向载荷且在最大工况载荷下的接触特性和频谱响应等静、动态特性进行有限元仿真,获得圆锥滚子轴承接触特性和模态分布规律,为圆锥滚子轴承的振动故障诊断和预报、结构动力特性的优化设计提供依据,以及为抽油机塔架等相关构件的结构优化、振动噪声的减小等方面具有重要意义。The newly designed pumping unit wheel structure is a special structure and not available in existing pumping units.Under this working condition,there is no specific numerical judgment on the bearing load of the bearing and whether the type of bearing can meet the working requirements.The finite element software was used to simulate the static and dynamic characteristics of the contact characteristics and frequency response of the tapered roller bearing under simultaneous radial and axial loads and the maximum working load,and the contact characteristics and model of the tapered roller bearing were obtained.The state distribution law is of great significance for the vibration fault diagnosis and prediction of tapered roller bearings,the optimization design of structural dynamic characteristics,and for the structural optimization of pumping towers and other related components and the reduction of vibration noise.
