摘　　要：在纯电动车上,出于安全考虑,高压互锁回路必须存在。同时,由于该回路涉及用电器众多且分布广,一旦出现故障,排查工作较困难。文章以常见故障案例为依托,介绍了高压互锁回路的原理和故障排查思路,并对实现高压互锁的其他方式和发展趋势做了进一步的探讨。For safety reasons,the high-voltage interlock loop(HVIL)must exist on a pure electric vehicle.At the same time,due to the large number of electrical appliances involved in this loop and its wide distribution,it is more difficult to troubleshoot once a fault occurs.In this article,the principle and troubleshooting ideas of high-voltage interlock circuit based on common failure cases are introduced,and other ways and development trends of high-voltage interlock implementation are further discussed.
