摘 要:以枕型带包装机往复横封机构为研究对象,探究横封机构误差规律对设备可靠性的影响。根据其运动原理建立运动简图,依据机构运动方程与蒙特卡罗数字模拟法相关原理,对横封机构进行位置可靠度和可靠性灵敏度的精确分析。在只允许负公差的前提下,以95%的运动精度可靠性设计目标为前提,该横封机构的曲柄连杆长度方向的尺寸公差等级为IT9时,其运动精度达到功能需求,且失效率低于5%。虽然更高的精度等级便会失效概率无限接近于0,但从经济合理性角度出发,IT9为该横封机构中曲柄连杆的最佳尺寸公差。此方法对于类似曲柄连杆机构的可靠性灵敏度分析也具有指导意义。The reciprocating transverse sealing mechanism in the pillow-type packaging machine was taken as a research object.According to the movement principle,the motion diagram and motion equation were established.Based on the Monte Carlo digital simulation method,the position reliability and reliability sensitivity of the transverse sealing mechanism were carried out.The research results show that under the premise of only allowing negative tolerance,95% motion accuracy reliability can be premised as a design goal.When the dimension tolerance of the crank-linker in the longitudinal direction of the transverse sealing mechanism is IT9,not only the motion accuracy reaching the demand and the failure rate being less than 5%.Although higher accuracy level will have an infinite probability of failure which is close to zero,IT9 is the economically optimal dimensional tolerance of the crank link in the transverse sealing mechanism.This method also has a guiding significance for the reliability sensitivity analysis of a crank-link mechanism.
