摘  要:浙江省每年都遭受台风不同程度的侵袭与影响,造成严重经济损失乃至人员伤亡,成为最主要的灾害性天气系统,因此浙江省气象服务中心设计并开发了一套台风发布系统,用于给公众提供权威、便捷、及时的台风信息,但随着互联网技术的飞速发展以及数据精确性的提高与展现方式的落后,原系统已较难满足民众对台风信息获取的需求。以阿里云服务为数据支撑,基于在线地图服务组件式开发,研究并设计涵盖台风的路径、风圈及流场等基本信息,以及风力降水等与台风相关的气象信息的发布系统,将台风的权威信息更快速、更精确、更有效、更直观地服务于公众。Zhejiang Province are invaded and affected to varying degrees every year by typhoons, causing severe economic losses and even casualties. It has become the most severe disaster weather system. Therefore, the Zhejiang Meteorological Service Center has designed and developed a typhoon release system for the public, providing authoritative, convenient, and timely typhoon information.However, with the rapid advancement of Internet technology, the improvement of data accuracy, and the backwardness of presentation methods, the previous system is difficult to meet the public’s demand for typhoon information. The typhoon-related meteorological information release system is introduced. This system is studied and designed by using Alibaba Cloud services as the data support and on the basis of the online map service component development, and the published information contains typhoon path, wind circle, flow field, wind power, rainfall, etc. It can share the authoritative information of the typhoon with the public rapidly, precisely, effectively and intuitively.
