摘 要:海上目标观测网络的大规模部署与应用成为海洋信息化发展的必然趋势,随着观测网络规模的不断扩大,实现观测网络的有效管理与运行成为网络发挥实际效用的关键因素,观测任务管理系统是海上目标观测网络的核心组成部分,通过对观测任务的有效规划与管理驱动,网络观测节点得到有效运行。阐述了智能化海上目标观测网络任务管理系统的工程设计与实施,利用领域工程的分析与设计方法,从功能需求、业务过程、体系结构及系统设计等层面进行深入思考与工程设计,为大规模海上目标观测系统任务管理提供参考。The large-scale deployment and application of the sea target observation network has become an inevitable trend of the development of marine information. With the continuous expansion of the observation network, the realization of effective management and operation control of the observation network has become a key factor for the actual effectiveness of the network. The observation task management system is the core component of the sea target observation network. Through the effective planning of the observation task and management drives the effective operation of network observation nodes. An engineering design and implementation idea of an intelligent network task management system for sea target observation is described. By using the analysis and design method of domain engineering, the system is designed from the aspects of functional requirements, business process, architecture, system design, etc.,providing examples and reference for task management of large-scale sea target observation system.
