摘 要:为解决现有移动式供电技术存在的问题,满足未来陆战平台的更高要求,提出一种基于移动式供电技术的起动-发电一体化(integrated starter generator,ISG)混合动力系统的集成化方案,充分发挥了ISG电机的性能优势。综合考虑动力电池充放电特性和发动机效率特性,对军用ISG混合动力车辆控制规则进行了优化研究,在此基础上提出了模式切换控制策略和转矩分配控制策略。以某ISG混合动力车辆为研究对象,基于Cruise-Simulink联合仿真平台构建模拟战时行驶工况对控制规则进行仿真验证。与原传统车辆相比,整车动力性明显提升,油耗降低了30.38%;控制规则能合理分配发动机和电机之间的转矩以满足驾驶员转矩需求;动力电池SOC值保持在合理范围内;发动机大部分工作点分布在经济工作区内,优化了发动机运行工况。结果表明,针对军用ISG混合动力车辆提出的控制规则是合理有效的。In order to solve the problems of the current mobile power supply technology and meet the future high requirements of land warfare platform, an integrated scheme of integrated starter generator(ISG) for hybrid power system was proposed based on the mobile power supply technology and the performance advantages of ISG was fully used. The control rules of military ISG hybrid vehicle were optimized by considering the characteristics of battery charge and discharge and engine efficiency. The mode switch control strategy and torque distribution control strategy were further proposed. The simulation and verification of control rules were conducted on an ISG hybrid vehicle by building the wartime running cycle with the Cruise-Simulink platform. Compared with the traditional vehicle, the power performance of vehicle significantly improved and the fuel consumption reduced by 30.38%. The torque distribution between engine and motor became reasonable and can meet the driver’s torque requirements through the control rules. The SOC values of power battery could also keep within a reasonable range. Most of the working points lied in the economic working area and the operating conditions of engine were optimized. The results show that the proposed control rules for military ISG hybrid vehicles are reasonable and effective.
