摘 要:为了得到轻量化的方程式赛车链轮,将拓扑优化方法引入到链轮结构设计中,构建了轻量化优化设计的数学模型,并对链轮初始设计几何模型进行了3次减重的结构优化,得到质量减少49.59%的链轮;最后,对优化后的模型进行了强度、安全系数和寿命的仿真校核与样件的加工制造,并装配集成到赛车上进行了物理实验。结果表明,优化设计的链轮满足工作要求。In order to obtain lightweight formula racing sprocket,the topological optimization method is introduced into the design of sprocket structure,the mathematical model of lightweight optimization design is constructed,and the geometric model of initial sprocket design is optimized by reducing the weight three times,and the sprocket with 49.59%mass reduction is obtained.Finally,the optimized model is processed and manu factured with the simulated check for strength,safety factor and life,and the prototype is fabricated and assem bled into the racing car.The physical experiments are carried out on the racing car.The results show that the sprocket optimized meets the working requirements.
