摘 要:公法线偏差设计一般按设计手册选择,公法线偏差设计与啮合动力学性能关系的研究尚未见文献报道。通过推导公法线偏差下的啮合刚度与啮合间隙计算公式,建立了包含时变啮合刚度和齿侧间隙的12自由度斜齿轮传动系统动力学模型;考虑6级精度下的4组公法线偏差,计算得到每组公法线偏差下系统传动误差的峰-峰值曲线、幅频响应和均方根曲线,给出最佳公法线偏差设计流程。分析结果表明,低速时公法线偏差对齿轮副的动态特性影响不明显,当齿轮转速较高时(ω=0.782~1.03),系统将出现跳跃,进入混沌;公法线偏差对齿轮副的冲击响应有着显著的影响,适当增加公法线偏差可改善齿轮系统的冲击;公法线偏差组取第三组公法线偏差时,系统振动最小,为最佳公法线偏差值。研究结果为公法线偏差设计提供了一种动力学评判方法,对高性能齿轮设计研究有参考价值。The design of the base tangent length deviation is generally selected according to the design manual.The study of the relationship between the base tangent length deviation design and the meshing dynam ics performance has not been reported in literature.Through deducing the formula for calculating the meshing stiffness and meshing clearance under the deviation of the common normal line,the dynamics model of a 12-DOF helical gear transmission system with nonlinear factors such as time-varying mesh stiffness and backlash is established.Four base tangent length deviation groups under 6-level precision are considered,and the peakto-peak curve,amplitude-frequency response and root mean square curve of transmission error of the system are obtained by calculation,the design flow of optimal base tangent length deviation is given.The analysis result shows that,the influence on the system at low speed is stable,when the system is at high speed,it will jump and enter chaos.The base tangent length deviation has a significant influence on the impact characteristics of the gear pair system,and an appropriate increase in the base tangent length deviation can improve the impact of the system.The analysis found that the gear pair system is the best dynamic characteristic in the third base tan gent length deviation group.A dynamics evaluation method for the design of base tangent length deviation is pro vided by the research result,it has reference value for high-performance gear design research.
