摘 要:门式起重机在运行过程中大车制动失效或者大车行程限位失效时会与轨道的端部止挡装置碰撞并产生较大的碰撞力,可能会导致机体倾覆、变形等特种事故的发生。以MG3-18A5电动葫芦门式起重机为研究对象,基于动力学基本理论建立其不同工况下的大车运行机构动力学模型;运用ADAMS软件对大车运行机构进行动力学分析,分析在3种不同工况下大车运行机构的接触力、抬高变化情况,为门式起重机大车运行机构的设计和技术研究提供参考。In the process of gantry crane operation, when the crane brake fails or the crane travel limit fails, it will collide with the end stop device of the track and produce a large collision force, which may lead to special accidents such as body overturning and deformation. The MG3-18 A5 electric hoist gantry crane was taken as the research object, based on the basic theory of dynamics, the dynamic model of gantry crane operating mechanism under different working conditions was established. ADAMS software was used to carry out dynamic analysis of its gantry crane operating mechanism, and the contact force and lifting change under three different working conditions were analyzed, which provided reference for the design and technical research of gantry crane operating mechanism.
