摘 要:针对皮带运输机运输过程中皮带断裂问题进行分析,通过设计双向断带抓捕器来防止皮带断裂后造成巨大损失,讨论了双向断带抓捕器的结构设计以及相关参数,进一步对速度变化、拉力变化及磁场变化3种断带信号的采集与处理方法进行分析。分析表明:皮带输送机双向断带抓捕器的设计减少了皮带出现堆聚与下滑的现象,降低了皮带断裂所带来的损失,值得推广。In view of the analysis of the causes of belt fracture in the transportation process of belt conveyor, through the design of bidirectional belt breaking catcher to prevent the huge loss after belt fracture, the structure design and related parameters of bidirectional belt breaking catcher were discussed, and the acquisition and processing methods of three kinds of broken belt signals, namely, velocity change, tension change and magnetic field change, were further analyzed. It is considered that the design of two-way belt catcher for belt conveyor reduces the accumulation and decline of belt and reduces the loss caused by belt fracture, which is worth popularizing.
