摘  要:分析了皮带运输机在运行中存在驱动装置振动大、运行工况差、减速器检修困难等问题,制定了相应的改造方案并进行改造。更换了性能好的弗兰德减速器、永磁涡流耦合器、电动机、逆止器,使皮带运输机驱动装置运行工况得到改善;更换了高速联轴器-永磁涡流耦合器,故障率为0,使机器免维护,使用寿命长,减少了设备维护成本和工作量。改造达到了预期目的。The problems existing in the operation of the belt conveyor, such as the large vibration of the driving device,the poor operation conditions,and the difficulty in the maintenance of the reducer were analyzed. The corresponding transformation scheme was formulated and carried out. The good performance flanders reducer,permanent magnet eddy current coupler,motor and backstop were replaced to improve the operation condition of the driving device of the belt conveyor;the high-speed coupling permanent magnet eddy current coupler was replaced with a failure rate of 0, which maked the machine maintenance free,long service life and reduces the cost and workload of equipment maintenance. The transformation has achieved the expected goal.
