摘 要:针对某电厂出现的12Cr1MoVG+TP347H过热器管开裂问题,开展了宏观检查、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相组织检验及能谱分析等试验,对焊缝的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,接头长期高温使用后,焊缝熔合区形成了脱碳层和增碳层,降低了接头的蠕变性能,是裂纹形成的主要原因。焊缝气孔、错口等焊接缺陷,使得接头更容易产生应力集中,也在一定程度上加速了接头的开裂。Aiming at the cracking problem of 12Cr1MoVG + TP347H superheater tube in a power plant, the macro inspection, chemical composition analysis,hardness test,metallographic structure inspection and energy spectrum analysis were carried out,and the cracking reason of the weld was analyzed.The results show that decarburization layer and carburization layer were formed in the fusion zone of the weld joint after long-term high temperature use,which reduced the creep performance of the joint and was the main cause of crack formation. Welding defects such as weld porosity and staggered joint make the joint easier to produce stress concentration and accelerate the cracking of the joint to a certain extent.
