摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,人才供求趋向多元化。同时,随着招生规模的不断扩大,大学生就业危机和矛盾日益凸显。本文在产教融合背景下,通过对学前教育专业学生职业规划的调研,剖析应用型高校就业指导目前存在的问题,寻求就业指导工作的新方向,为学前教育毕业生提供更有效的就业指导,提升毕业生的就业竞争力,培养更多高素质应用型人才。With the rapid development of China's economy,the supply and demand of talents tend to diversify,and as the scale of enrollment continues to expand,college students'employment crisis and contradictions are increasingly prominent.In the context of the integration of industry and education,this paper analyzes the current problems of employment guidance in applied colleges and universities through the investigation of career planning of preschool education students,seeks new directions for employment guidance,and provides more effective employment guidance for preschool education graduates,in order to improve their employment competitiveness,and cultivate more high-quality applied talents.
