摘 要:800 kV特高压直流换流站的阀厅和直流场空气净距设计是特高压直流工程的关键技术之一。海南±800 kV换流站位于青海省海南州,站址海拔2880 m,为确保换流站电气布置的合理性和安全运行,需要确定合理的直流空气净距取值,作为换流站的设计依据。由于换流站阀厅内部有空调系统调节,大气密度、温度、湿度等都不同于户外的气象温度,需特殊考虑。本文详细介绍了基于g参数法的换流站阀厅空气净距计算原理及方法,并强调阀厅空气间隙计算应避免大气密度的重复修正。直流场布置于户外,其空气温度及湿度不受空调控制,推荐采用GB311.1-2012的方法进行修正。将两种方法分别应用在海南±800 kV特高压直流换流站的空气净距设计中,推荐了阀厅和直流场±800 kV典型间隙的最小空气净距。The air clearance design of valve hall and DC field in±800 k V UHVDC converter station is one of the key technologies of UHVDC project,The altitude of Hainan±800 kV UHVDC converter station is 2880 m(designed according to the altitude of 3000 m),in Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai province.To ensure rationality of converter station layout and operational safety,reasonable air clearance is needed as design basis.Because the Valve Hall of the Converter Station is adjusted by the air conditioning system,the atmospheric density,temperature and humidity are different from the outdoor meteorological temperature,which needs special consideration.G parameter method is adopted to calculate the minimum air clearance,and pay attention to avoid repeated correction of atmospheric density.DC field is arranged outdoors,and the air temperature and humidity are not controlled by air conditioner.The method recommended by GB 311.1-2012 is recommended.The two methods are applied to the air clearance design of±800 KV UHVDC converter station in Hainan Province,and the minimum air clearance of 800 KV typical gap in Valve Hall and DC field is recommended.
