摘　　要：本文主要对高校实验教学的特点以及化学实验室管理的现状做以简单阐述,针对高校化学实验教学以及管理中出现的安全及生态等问题,提出"绿色化学"的理念,并加以论述提倡"绿色化学"的必要性。同时,为促进教学的可持续性发展,对优化高校化学实验室工作,提出一些观点及建议。In this paper,the characteristics of experimental teaching in colleges and universities and the current situation of chemical laboratory management are briefly described.Aiming at the problems of safety and ecology in the teaching and management of chemical experiments in Colleges and Universities,put forward the concept of "green chemistry",the necessity of advocating "green chemistry" is discussed.At the same time,in order to promote the sustainable development of teaching,some views and suggestions are put forward to optimize the work of chemical laboratory in colleges and universities.
