摘　　要：Hypol工艺聚丙烯装置高效运转直接关系到工业生产效率以及效益,第四反应器属于流化床反应器,其优势特点体现在床层温度、流化床层颗粒流动、生产操作等层面,在Hypol工艺聚丙烯装置整个运行中起到关键性作用,第四反应器高效运转至关重要。因此,本文从不同角度入手客观探讨了Hypol工艺聚丙烯装置第四反应器优化运行,在解决问题基础上加以优化、完善,在发挥优势作用过程中改进工艺流程的同时全面提升Hypol工艺聚丙烯装置的运行效果以及工业生产的综合效益。The high-efficiency operation of polypropylene unit in Hypol process is directly related to industrial production efficiency and benefits.The fourth reactor belongs to fluidized bed reactor.Its advantages are reflected in bed temperature,fluidized bed particle flow,production operation,etc.It plays a key role in the whole operation of polypropylene unit in Hypol process,and the high-efficiency operation of the fourth reactor is crucial.Therefore,this paper objectively discusses the optimal operation of the fourth reactor of Hypol process polypropylene plant from different angles,optimizes and perfects it on the basis of solving the problems,improves the process flow in the process of giving full play to the advantages,at the same time,comprehensively improves the operation effect of Hypol process polypropylene plant and the comprehensive benefits of industrial production.
