摘　　要：广西金川有色金属有限公司化工厂2017年对环集脱硫系统进行了改造,(1)更换现有分液槽,保证分液效果的同时延长其使用寿命。(2)分种类和层次更换吸收塔内填料,根据布液、传质及再分布功能的不同,将吸收塔内填料至上而下,分别装填分布填料、传质填料及再分布填料。经改造后调试,达到预期技术指标。The chemical plant of Guangxi Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd modified its FGD in 2017.The distributor was renewed in order to keep high absorption rate and to extend service life.Used packing was moved and different kinds of packing were installed.The absorption rate of SO2 reached its need.
