摘　　要：根据地方高校创新创业教育存在的主要问题,依据系统分析理论和结构模型分析方法,以促进地方高校双创人才培养和地方经济发展为目标,构建了完整的、科学的双创教育质量评价体系。评价体系涵盖基础投入质量、主体质量、教学管理机制、客体质量及教育输出结果质量5个一级指标,14个二级指标,39个三级指标。并据此提出各环节的相应改进建议,期望提升教育质量,促进学生全面发展,推进地区经济建设。A complete scientific quality assessment system for innovation and entrepreneurship education was constructed in accordance with the systematic analysis theory and the structural model analysis method to solve the problems in the field in local universities and promote the cultivation of relevant talents in these universities and local economic growth,which is composed of 5 Class-1 targets such as fundamental investment quality,subject quality,teaching management quality,object quality and educational output quality and 14 Class-2 targets as well as 39 Class-3 targets.Relevant proposals for further improvement were also put forward for all the aspects,aiming to enhance educational quality,stimulate students'overall development and local economic construction.
