摘  要:结晶器是连铸设备的核心部件。铜质结晶器表面损坏严重劣化钢坯的质量,加大了企业生产成本,延长了生产周期。分析了铜质结晶器表面材料的应用、失效的形式和主要原因;论述了电镀、激光涂覆和热喷涂表面改性技术在铜质结晶器上的应用现状及存在的问题;介绍了铜质结晶器表面涂覆层的性质及类型;提出了研发安全可靠、长寿命和高性能铜质结晶器的主要途径。Crystallizer is the core component for continuous casting equipment.The surface damage of copper plate for crystallizer seriously deteriorates the quality of billet steel,greatly increases the production cost and prolongs the production cycle.In the present paper,the application,forms and causes for failure of surface material for copper crystallizer were analyzed;the application status and problems of electrical coating,laser coating and hot-spraying surface modification processes were stated on the copper crystallizer;the types and character of typical surface coating of copper crystallizer were explored.It has been predicted that the main way of researching and developing the safe,reliable coppe·r crystallizer with long service and high performance.
