摘 要:目前定向钻井作业所用的旋转导向钻井工具大多采用的是使芯轴强制变形的方式,使芯轴与钻井工具的轴线形成一定夹角,不仅控制难度大,造斜能力弱,而且芯轴长时间处于交变应力的工况下,极易发生疲劳破坏。针对这种情况,提出了基于Rostock运动结构的新型钻井工具偏置机构,解决了芯轴容易发生疲劳破坏的问题,而且加工成本低、操作简单、造斜能力强,可大幅提升定向钻井作业的效率。At present,the rotary steering drilling tools used in directional drilling mostly adopt the method of forced deformation of the core shaft to form a certain angle between the core shaft and the axis of the drilling tool,which is not only difficult to control and weak in deflecting ability,but also prone to fatigue failure under the condition that the core shaft is under alternating stress for a long time.In view of this situation,a new drilling tool offset mechanism based on Rostock motion algorithm is proposed,which solves the problem that the core shaft is prone to fatigue damage and can greatly improve the efficiency of directional drilling operation due to its low processing cost,simple operation and strong deflecting capacity.
