摘 要:现代制造系统中大量集成机械、电子等技术的先进设备,增大了复杂系统因部件老化或故障而停机时维修决策的难度。以具代表性的复杂系统——多状态的串并联系统为研究对象,将选择性维护建模引入多状态串并联系统的非计划停机维修决策中。针对多故障并发下的串并联系统,对事后维修存在维修时长和费用限制等约束条件下,考虑部件间由于经济相关性导致的维修耗时和费用的依赖性,建立选择性维修优化模型,并将遗传算法用于模型求解中。算例结果显示,该方法能为多故障并发下的串并联系统的维修决策提供有效支持,且说明部件间经济相关性是影响维修决策的重要因素。A large number of advanced equipment that integrates machinery,electronics and other technologies in modern manufacturing systems has increased the difficulty of maintenance decisions when complex systems are down due to aging or failure of components.This article takes a representative complex system,a multi-state series-parallel system as a research object,and introduces selective maintenance modeling into the unplanned shutdown maintenance decision of a multi-state series-parallel system.Aiming at the serial-parallel system with multiple faults and concurrent constraints,and the constraints of post-service maintenance such as the length of the maintenance and the cost limit,considering the dependence of the time and cost of maintenance on the economic correlation between components,a selective maintenance optimization model was established,and Genetic algorithm is used in model solving.The calculation results show that this method can provide effective support for the maintenance decision of serial-parallel systems under multi-fault concurrency,and that the economic correlation between components is an important factor affecting the maintenance decision.
