摘  要:低产液水平井一般为分层流,其油水分界面的高度可以直接确定井下的持水率。针对低产液水平井分层流,提出了一种基于条带电容检测油水分界面高度的方法。该方法采用一种共面、平行的条带电容器,条带两端分别直抵水平井筒的上下两边,基于油水分界面高度与条带电容成正比的原理,将油水分界面高度转换为电容大小,然后通过电容数字转换芯片FDC1004实现电容测量,最终实现油水分界面高度的间接测量。试验结果表明,该方法能够很好地检测油水分界面的高度,所设计的检测电路具有较高的灵敏度和集成度,适用于低产液水平井分层流的持水率检测。Horizontal wells with low production fluid are generally stratified flow,in which the oil-water interface height can directly determine the water holdup rate.A method based on strip capacitance to detect the oil-water interface height was proposed for stratified flow in low-yielding horizontal wells.In this method,a coplanar and parallel strip capacitor was used,and the two ends of the strip respectively reached the upper and lower sides of the horizontal wellbore.Based on the principle that the oil-water interface height is proportional to the strip capacitance value,the oil-water interface height was converted to the capacitance value,and then the capacitance value was measured by the capacitance digital conversion chip FDC1004 to ultimately realize the indirect measurement of oil-water interface height.The test results show that the method can efficiently detect the height of oil-water interface,and the designed detection circuit has high sensitivity and integration,which is suitable for the detection of water holdup of stratified flow in low-yielding horizontal wells.
