海上气井“全生命周期”不动管柱双油管完井方案

摘　　要：气井生产中后期往往不同程度地产水,为了提高采收率,需要采取优选管柱等排水采气工艺措施。海上气田完井生产管柱具有很多特殊性,不动管柱条件下陆地气田行之有效的气举、泡排等工艺措施无法实施,而动管柱作业难度大、作业费用高。针对海上气田尤其是深水水下完井的特殊性,提出了大小组合并排双油管完井方案,其Φ95/8in套管中最大可下入Φ31/2in+Φ27/8in组合双油管,最大允许产量可达到160×10^4m^3/d。大小组合并排双油管完井可实现3种管径的灵活切换、通过脐带缆与泡排、气举灵活组合,可实现气井从投产到废弃“全生命周期”的不动管柱生产,为海上气田的高效开采提供了新方案。In the middle and late stage of gas well production,there are often different degrees of water.In order to improve the recovery rate,it is necessary to adopt drainage and gas production technology measures such as optimum pipe string.There are many particularities in the well completion production string of offshore gas field.Under the condition of fixed string,the effective measures such as gas lift and foam drainage in offshore gas field can not be implemented,while the operation of moving string is difficult and the cost is expensive.In view of the particularity of underwater well completion in offshore gas field,especially the deep-water well completion,a dual-tubing well completion method with two sets of different tubing-sizes side by side was proposed.The combined dual-tubing with the maximum sizes of Φ3 1/2 in+Φ2 7/8 in can be put into the Φ9 5/8 in casing pipe and the maximum allowable production can reach more than 160×10^4m^3/d.The dual-tubing well completion method with two sets of different tubing-sizes side by side can realize the flexible switch of three pipe diameters.By flexible combinations of umbilical cord cable with foam drainage and gas lift,the original production string can be realized from production to abandonment in the whole life cycle of gas wells,which provides a new scheme for efficient exploitation of offshore gas fields.
