基于光谱渍害指数的冬小麦耐渍研究

摘  要:设置渍害和未受渍害(CK)2个处理,在2015年、2016年、2017年分别进行了郑麦9023、漯6010、鄂麦19共3个小麦品种的渍害试验,分析了渍害区与对照区叶片光谱反射率特征,以识别不同品种小麦受渍程度。结果表明,在544~576nm波段下,受渍区叶片光谱反射率较对照值平均偏高9.56%;在673~693nm波段下,受渍区叶片光谱反射率较对照值平均偏低9.69%;在1422~1472nm波段下,受渍区叶片光谱反射率较对照值平均偏高2.44%;受渍8~11d,小麦光谱反射率均值与其产量间相关系数值达到最大,小麦品种郑麦9023和漯6010的最大耐渍时间比鄂麦19长3~4d;渍害识别指数Iwt1与产量间相关系数随渍害时间的影响呈现出正弦函数式曲线的变化趋势,对该指数模型进行修正后,修正后的渍害识别指数Iwt2与产量间相关系数随受渍时间的增加呈抛物线变化趋势,更有利于识别小麦受渍程度。Two treatments of waterlogging and non-waterlogging(CK)were respectively set up.Through the waterlogging test on three wheat varieties(Zheng wheat 9023,Luo wheat 6010,E wheat 19)through three years(2015,2016 and 2017),the spectral reflectance characteristics of leaves in the waterlogging area and the control area were analyzed to identify the degree of damage of different wheat varieties.The results show that:1)In the spectral band of 544~567nm,the spectral reflectivity of the leaves in the waterlogging area is 9.56%higher than the control value;2)In the band of 673~693nm,the leaf reflectivity in the waterlogging area is 9.69%lower than the control value.3)In the band of 1428~1472nm,the reflectivity is slightly higher than the control value by 2.44%.After being waterlogged for 8~11days,the mean value of wheat spectral reflectance and the yield correlation coefficient reach the maximum,and the maximum resistance time of Zheng wheat 9023 and Luo wheat 6010 is 3~4 days longer than that of E wheat 19.I wt 1(waterlogging tolerance index)and the yield correlation coefficient present a sinusoidal curve with the influence of the waterlogging time.After modifying this index model,I wt 2 and the yield correlation coefficient show a parabolic curve with the increase of the waterlogging time,which is more conducive to identifying the waterlogging resistance degree of wheat.
