摘 要:以某工程建设过程中产生的建筑渣土为原料制备烧结普通砖.在分析建筑渣土主要成分的基础上,研究了泥料含水率、成型压力、煅烧温度、保温时间以及冷却方式等因素对烧结普通砖性能的影响,测试了最佳条件下制备的烧结普通砖的各项性能指标.结果表明,利用建筑渣土制备烧结普通砖是完全可行的.在制备过程中,泥料含水率以10%~15%为宜,以10%为最佳;成型压力以10~15 MPa为宜,以15 MPa为最佳;煅烧温度以1050℃为宜,保温时间以60 min为宜,冷却方式以自然冷却等慢冷方式为宜.在最佳条件下制备的烧结普通砖,抗压强度满足MU10强度要求;抗风化性能良好;石灰爆裂、泛霜指标均合格.In this study,the fired common brick were made from the architecture sediment produced in the construction of a project.Based on the analysis of the main components of architecture sediment,the influence of the factors such as moisture content of mud,molding pressure,calcination temperature,holding time and cooling mode on the performance of fired common bricks was studied,and the performance indexes of fired common brick produced under the best conditions were tested.The results show that it is feasible to produce fired common brick with architecture sediment.In the production process,the recommended moisture content of mud is 10%~15%,with 10%the best.The molding pressure is 10~15 MPa,with 15 MPa the best.The preferred calcination temperature is 1050℃,and the holding time is 60 min.Slow cooling mode such as natural cooling is suggested.The results show that the compressive strength of the fired common brick produced under such conditions can meet the requirements of MU10,the weathering resistance is good,and the indexes of lime burst and frost are up to the standard.
