摘  要:通过新型非对称双螺杆挤出机制备再生聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、转矩流变仪和万能电子试验机等对材料进行表征测试,研究MMT含量对复合材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,MMT对复合材料的结晶行为有一定的影响,添加MMT后复合材料的熔融温度、结晶温度和结晶度都有提高,添加1% MMT复合材料的熔融温度和结晶温度分别比未加MMT的再生PVDF提高1℃和0.94℃;再生PVDF/MMT复合材料的降解温度随着MMT含量增加而降低,失重50%的温度反而随MMT含量增加而升高;SEM发现,MMT以100~200 nm的片状分散在PVDF基体中,随着MMT含量增加,出现MMT团聚、脱落现象;在实验范围内,随着MMT含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度随之提高,添加5% MMT复合材料的拉伸强度比未添加MMT的提高33.5%,缺口冲击强度提高29.7%;转矩流变实验发现,适量的MMT增加了复合材料加工时的剪切作用,降低了熔体塑化平衡扭矩。In order to study the effects of montmorillonite (MMT) contents on the structure and properties of recycled polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)/MMT nanocomposites,FTIR,DSC,TGA,SEM,torque rheometer and universal electronic tester were used to conduct characterization test on the samples of the composites,which were made from a new type of asymmetric twin-screw extruder.The results show that,MMT can affect the crystallization behavior of the composites,adding MMT results in the increase of melting temperature,crystallization temperature and crystallinity,the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of the composite with 1 wt% MMT are 1℃and 0.94℃ higher than the PVDF recycled materials without MMT,respectively.The degradation temperature of recycled PVDF /MMT composites decreases with the increase of MMT content,and the temperature of 50% weight-loss increases with the increase of MMT content.Also,SEM finds that MMT is distributed in PVDF matrix in sheets of 100–200 nm,with the increase of MMT,MMT becomes aggregated and shredded.Within the experimental range,as MMT content increases,the tensile strength and notched impact strength of the composites increase,the tensile strength of the composite with 5 wt% MMT is increased by 33.5% and the notched impact strength is increased by 29.7% compared with the non-added MMT.The results of torque rheological experiments show that,the MMT nano-particles with appropriate amount can increase the processing shear effect of the composites and reduce the melt plasticizing equilibrium torque.
