摘 要:根据塑料管道行业的特点,结合生产企业实际情况,从技术经济效益、社会效益、生态环境效益三个方面提出了20个评价指标,构建了塑料管道绿色生产技术改造实施效果评价指标体系。采用层次分析法计算各指标的权重,计算结果表明对实施效果影响最大的因素为生产综合能耗变化率。利用模糊综合评价方法对某塑料管道生产企业的节能技术改造实施效果进行了评价,结果表明该方法能够客观地评价技术改造的实施效果,指导企业有针对性的实施技术改造,推动产品和生产过程的绿色化。According to the characteristics of plastic pipe industry and the actual situation of production enterprise,twenty evaluation indicators were proposed from three aspects including technology and economic benefit,social benefit and ecological environment benefit.The evaluation index system of implementation effect of technical modification for plastic pipe green production was established.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the index.The calculation shows that the most significant factor on implementation effect is the change rate of comprehensive energy consumption.The implementation effect of energy saving technical modification in a plastic pipe enterprise was evaluated based on fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method.The result indicates that the implementation effect can be objectively evaluated by this method,thus effectively directing the technical modification of enterprise purposefully and promoting the development of green products and green producing process.
