摘  要:目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患者的心理状态,为制定有效心理干预措施,促使患者早日恢复身心健康提供依据。方法:采用质性研究中现象研究学方法对8例新冠肺炎患者行半结构式个人深度访谈,将收集到的心理状态及需求的相关资料用Colaizzi七步分析法进行整理分析。结果:新冠肺炎患者心理体验共提炼3个主题:认知需求、支持需求、情绪调节需求。结论:新冠肺炎患者需了解新冠肺炎相关知识以消除对未知事件的恐慌,需来自亲朋和医护人员的支持以应对压力,需掌握相关情绪调节方法以积极应对应激事件。Objective:To understand the psychological status of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(referred to as COVID-19), and to provide a basis for developing effective psychological interventions to promote the early recovery of patients’ physical and mental health. Methods: A semi-structured personal in-depth interview was conducted in 8 patients with COVID-19 using the phenomenological method of qualitative study. Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method was used to collate and analyze the data. Results: The psychological experience of patients with COVID-19 had a total of three themes: cognitive needs, support needs, and emotional conditioning needs. Conclusion: Patients with COVID-19 need to understand related knowledge of new coronary pneumonia to eliminate panic about unknown events. They also need support from relatives and friends and medical staff to cope with stress, and master relevant emotional regulation methods to actively respond to stressful events.
