摘　　要：机构改革前,国土、林业等部门土地地类划分不尽一致,对土地有关补偿费用估算影响较大。在第三次全国国土调查背景下,通过分析新旧土地分类差异、土地分类与征地补偿费用的关系,说明征地移民费用估算中仍存在一些问题,并提出相关建议。为相关法规修订和水利水电工程征地移民相关规范修订提供决策依据。Before the organizational reform,land classification had been conducted by various departments,resulting in inconsistency in cost estimation of land compensation.During the third national land survey,emphasis had placed on analysis of differences between old and new methods,relationship between land classification and acquisition compensation.The study indicates that problems has not be solved.Thus suggestions are made to provide a basis for decision-making in the revision of relevant laws and regulations and specifications for land acquisition and resettlement of water and hydropower projects.
