摘　　要：在分析四川省乐山市已建农村饮水安全工程建设与管理现状的基础上,指出其存在的问题,提出应合理规划、科学设计、落实饮水安全管护责任、健全完善工程运行管理制度、全面落实电价优惠政策、完善计量收费方式等对策与建议。Based on analysis of current situation of rural drinking water safety projects in Leshan City of Sichuan Province,existing problems are evaluated with mitigation measures and suggestions,such as reasonable planning,scientific design,accountability for safe drinking water supply and management,improvement of project operation,full implementation of preferential policies for electricity pricing,and water measuring and charging system.
