摘  要:为探究不同类型大豆籽粒可溶性糖组分含量的差别,采用HPLC-RID法对野生、半野生以及栽培大豆的可溶性糖组分含量进行分析比较。结果表明,4种可溶性糖相比,野生大豆中,水苏糖含量显著高于其他3种可溶性糖;半野生大豆中,蔗糖和水苏糖含量显著高于葡萄糖和棉子糖;栽培大豆中,蔗糖含量显著高于其他3种可溶性糖。不同类型大豆相比,野生大豆总糖含量最低,栽培大豆总糖含量最高,半野生大豆介于二者之间,蔗糖含量与总糖含量具有相同的变化趋势;水苏糖含量在栽培大豆中最低,其与野生大豆、半野生大豆间差异显著;棉子糖含量在野生大豆中最低,其与半野生大豆、栽培大豆间差异显著;葡萄糖含量在3种类型大豆中差异不显著。相关性分析结果显示,蔗糖与总糖在3种类型大豆中相关性均极显著,表明大豆总糖含量主要受蔗糖含量的影响。聚类分析结果表明,6个大豆品种被划分为3类,第1类为2个野生大豆材料,其主要特征为:在3种类型中,葡萄糖、蔗糖、棉子糖含量最低而水苏糖含量最高,总糖含量最低,水苏糖所占比例较高;第2类为2个半野生品种和1个栽培品种;第3类为1个栽培品种,其主要特征为:在3种类型中,葡萄糖、蔗糖、棉子糖含量最高而水苏糖含量最低,总糖含量最高,蔗糖所占比例较高。研究结果可为了解可溶性糖代谢在大豆进化过程中的遗传规律及品质育种奠定基础。In this study,to explore the difference of soluble sugar components content in different types of soybean seeds,the HPLC-RID method was used to compare the soluble sugar components content of wild,semi-wild and cultivated soybeans.The results showed that compared with the four soluble sugars,the stachyose content in wild soybeans was significantly higher than the other three soluble sugars.Sucrose and stachyose contents in semi-wild soybeans were significantly higher than glucose and raffinose,sucrose contents in cultivated soybeans were significantly higher than other three soluble sugars.Compared with different types of soybeans,the total sugar content of wild soybeans was the lowest,cultivated soybeans had the highest total sugar content,semi-wild soybeans were in between,and sucrose content had the same trend.Stachyose content was the lowest in cultivated soybeans,reaching a significant difference with wild and semi-wild soybeans.Raffinose content was the lowest among wild soybeans,and it was significantly different with the other two types of soybeans,the glucose content was not significantly different among the three types of soybeans.Correlation analysis found that sucrose and total sugar were significantly correlated in the three types of soybeans,indicating that soybeans total sugar content was mainly affected by the sucrose content.Cluster analysis results showed that the tested soybean varieties were divided into 3 categories,the first category was 2 wild soybean materials,and its main feature was among the three types,glucose,sucrose and raffinose content were the lowest,stachyose content was the highest,total sugar content was the lowest,stachyose accounted for a higher proportion.The second category was 2 semi-wild varieties and 1 cultivated variety.The third category was 1 cultivated variety,which main characteristics were among the three types,glucose,sucrose and raffinose content were the highest,stachyose content was the lowest,total sugar content was the highest,and sucrose accounted for a high
