摘  要:为明确一种石榴果腐病的致病病原,按照柯赫氏法则,采用形态学鉴定方法,依据菌落形态和显微形态等生物学特性对经过组织分离、单孢纯化的菌株进行鉴定。此外,通过rDNA-ITS序列分析法对分离纯化的菌株进行分子生物学鉴定,明确病原种类,并通过菌株回接试验明确其致病性。结果表明,石榴垫壳孢(Coniella granati)和黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)是引起石榴果腐病的主要病原,加强果园管理和适时喷施杀虫杀菌剂可有效防治此类病原引起的石榴病害。To identify the pathogen of pomegranate fruit rot,according to Koch's law,the strains isolated from tissue and purified by single spore were identified by morphological identification method based on biological characteristics such as colony morphology and microscopic morphology.In addition,the isolates were identified by rDNA-ITS sequence analysis to further confirm the identification results.Finally,the pathogenicity of the strains was confirmed by the inoculation test.The results showed that Coniella granati and Aspergillus niger were the main pathogens causing pomegranate fruit rot,which could be effectively controlled by proper orchard management and timely spray pesticide and fungicide.
