摘  要:目的探讨低剂量CT扫描技术行胸腹主动脉及肾动脉3D建模打印的可行性。方法将40例临床拟行胸腹主动脉及肾动脉3D建模打印的患者,随机分为两组,每组20例。A组(低剂量)采用KV assist联合自动管电流调制技术及自适应统计迭代重建。B组(常规剂量)采用120 kVp,250 mA及滤波反投影重建。两组对比剂均采用320 mgI/mL。将两组的CTDICOM数据传至3D打印工作站行胸腹主动脉及肾动脉3D建模打印。比较两组患者的一般临床资料、CT剂量加权指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)及有效辐射剂量(ED)。对两组的胸腹主动脉及肾动脉3D建模打印质量进行主观评价。结果两组患者的一般临床资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的CTDIvol、DLP及ED均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组ED值[(9.38±3.27)mSv]较B组ED值[(15.19±3.01)mSv]减少约38.2%。两组胸腹主动脉及肾动脉3D建模打印结果主观评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.752)。结论在行胸腹主动脉及肾动脉3D建模打印时,低剂量CT扫描技术生成的CT DICOM数据可在保证3D建模打印质量的情况下显著降低患者所受的辐射剂量。Objective To explore the feasibility of low-dose CT scanning for 3 D modeling and printing of thoracoabdominal aorta and renal artery.Methods A total of 40 patients with clinically planned underwent thoracoabdominal aortic and renal artery 3 D modeling print were randomly divided into two groups,20 in each group.In A group(low-dose protocol),KV assist combined with automatic tube current modulation technology and adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction were adopted.In B group(conventional dose protocol),120 kVp,250 mA and filtering back projection reconstruction were adopted.The contrast agent 320 mgI/mL was used in two groups.The CT DICOM data of the two groups were transmitted to the 3 D printing workstation for 3 D modeling printing of the thoracoabdominal aorta and renal artery.The clinical information,CTDIvol,DLP and ED were compared between the two groups.The subjective evaluation of thoracoabdominal aortic and renal artery 3 D modeling printing were completed.Results There was no significant difference in general clinical data between the two groups(P>0.05).The CTDIvol,DLP and ED in A group were lower than those in B group(P<0.05).The ED of A group[(9.38±3.27)mSv]was less than that of B group[(15.19±3.01)mSv]by approximately 38.2%(P<0.05).There was no difference in the subjective score between the two groups in thoracoabdominal aortic and renal artery 3 D modeling printing(P=0.752).Conclusion In 3 D modeling printing of thoracoabdominal aortic and renal artery,the data of CT DICOM generated by low-dose CT scanning technology can significantly reduce the radiation dose of patients while ensuring the quality of 3 D model printing.
