科室管理系统在医院信息中心创新管理模式中的应用

摘　　要：基于医疗信息化的飞速发展,我院信息中心设计了一套科室管理系统,并投入使用。本文首先分析了构建信息中心科室管理系统的必要性,接着介绍了该管理系统的功能设计,主要包括项目管理、对外服务、日常工作、等级医院评审和主任看板五大功能模块。实践表明,该系统改善了项目管理成效,减少了差错率(降低66.7%),提高了科室满意度(达到90%)。同时,促使医院信息中心的管理趋于规范化、精细化,促进了医院信息化建设的和谐发展。Based on the rapid development of medical information,our hospital information center designed a set of department management system,and put into use.In this paper,the necessity of building the information center department management system was analyzed,and then the functional design of the management system was introduced,including five functional modules:project management,external service,daily work,grade hospital evaluation and director kanban.The application of the system improved the project management effect,reduced the error rate(66.7%)and improved the department satisfaction(90%).At the same time,the system promotes the management of hospital information center to be standardized and refined,which promotes the harmonious development of hospital information construction.
