摘　　要：目的建立医用耗材使用全过程监管体系,有效实现快速、安全、可靠、低成本的供应链智能化管理模式,满足医用耗材精细化闭环管理要求。方法二级库取、还耗材基于二维码、条码、芯片等扫描手段;手术室配送启用自动机器人系统;证照信息管理借助"互联网+"云平台;供应链评价搭载微信APP。医用耗材成本分析及应用评价模块系统软件用于实时分析、预测耗材费用异常,从而对单病种等手术耗材成本效益进行推演分析评价,为医院领导者和职能管理者提供决策依据。结果通过对接医院HIS系统,手术室医用耗材取、还与结算信息可自动记录;智能化手段实现手术室内自动物流配送;产品证照与供应商资质得以高效收集与安全存储;基于微信平台完成医用耗材验收与供应商、供应链评价。医用耗材费用不合理增长得到了智能化控制。结论有效实现医用耗材闭环管理,全程信息化可视化监管及成本监控。Objective To establish a whole process supervision system for medical consumables,effectively realize a fast,safe,reliable and low-cost supply chain intelligent management mode,and meet the requirements of refined closed-loop management of medical consumables.Methods The second level warehouse takes and returns consumables were performed based on twodimensional code,bar code,chip and other scanning means.Operating room delivery was achieved with an automated robotic system.License information management was performed with the help of the"Internet+"cloud platform.The supply chain evaluation was equipped with WeChat APP.Medical consumables cost analysis and application evaluation module system software were used to analyze and predict the abnormal consumables cost in real time,so as to make deductive analysis and evaluation on the cost benefit of surgical consumables such as single disease,and provide decision basis for hospital leaders and functional managers.Results Through the docking hospital HIS system,the operating room medical supplies,and settlement information could be automatically recorded.Intelligent means were achieved automatic logistics distribution in the operating room.The product license and supplier qualification were efficiently collected and securely stored.Based on WeChat platform,medical consumables acceptance,suppliers and supply chain evaluation were completed.The unreasonable increase of medical consumable cost was controlled intelligently.Conclusion The closed-loop management of medical consumables is effectively realized,and the whole-process information-based visual supervision and cost monitoring are realized.
