摘　　要：Philips iU22彩超是影像科基础的检测设备,但是随着高频率、长时间的使用使得设备故障逐渐发生。本文介绍了PhilipsiU22彩超的结构组成,并根据设备运行原理,对系统启动故障、探头图像异常故障进行逐一排查,通过更换HDD1硬盘、通道板使设备恢复正常运行。在故障排除过程中以设备运行原理为依托,由简到难,对彩超部件进行替换排查,才可能迅速恢复设备运行。希望本文故障维修的思路能为广大的临床工程师的日常工作带来启示。Philips iU22 color Doppler ultrasound is the basic detection equipment of the imaging department.However,with high frequency and long-term use,equipment failures gradually occur.The structure of Philips iU22 color ultrasound was introduced in this article.According to the operation principle of the equipment,system startup failures and abnormal probe image failures were investigated one by one,and then the device was restored and normal operation by replacing the HDD1 hard disk and channel board.Relying on the operation principle of the equipment during the troubleshooting process,from simple to difficult,it is possible to quickly restore the operation of the equipment by performing replacement inspection on the color Doppler components.We hope that the idea of fault repair in this article can bring inspiration to the daily work of the majority of clinical engineers.
