摘 要:密着性能是衡量瓷釉和钢板之间结合强度的重要指标。基于采用不同C含量的低碳搪瓷用钢(/%:0.020~0.050C,0.004~0.039Si,0.12~0.24Mn,0.008~0.024P,0.002~0.007S,0.0026~0.051Al),研究分析了搪烧前后碳化物在低碳搪瓷用钢内存在形态、分布、形貌特征的规律及碳含量对瓷釉密着性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,C在低碳搪瓷用钢退火板中以游离渗碳体形式存在,而在搪烧后以珠光体和晶界渗碳体形式存在。珠光体和渗碳体不易溶解于瓷釉中,且渗碳体阻碍Fe与瓷釉发生化学反应,使钢板和瓷釉之间结合强度降低。碳含量控制在0.030%以下时,搪瓷钢密着性能较好,满足使用要求。Adherence is a key indicator to characterize bonding strength between porcelain glaze and steel sheet.With different carbon content in the low-carbon enameled steel(/%:0.020~0.050C,0.004~0.039Si,0.12~0.24Mn,0.008~0.024P,0.002~0.007S,0.0026~0.051Al),the shape,distribution and morphological characteristics of carbide before and after enameling and the effect of carbon content on porcelain glaze adherence are investigated.Result shows that carbon exists in annealed cold-rolled steel as free cementite before enameling,but as pearlite and grain boundary cementite after enameling.Pearlite and cementite are not easily to dissolve in porcelain glaze,in addition,the cementite inhibits the chemical reaction between Fe and porcelain glaze,which lower the bonding strength between sheet and porcelain glaze.As the carbon content is controlled ≤0.030%,the enamel steel adhesion is better to meet the requirements of use.
