六味地黄汤加减结合胰岛素治疗糖尿病的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨六味地黄汤加减结合胰岛素治疗糖尿病的效果。方法选取126例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,研究时间为2018年1月—2019年2月,分为两组,其中观察组给予六味地黄汤加减结合胰岛素治疗(63例),对照组给予胰岛素单独治疗(63例)。结果观察组受检人员的总有效率96.83%高于对照组受检人员的总有效率79.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄汤加减结合胰岛素治疗糖尿病具有较高的临床价值,不仅安全性高,且控制血糖水平更加理想,值得应用及推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with insulin on diabetes.Methods A total of 126 patients with diabetes were enrolled.The study time was from January 2018 to February 2019,these patients were divided into two groups.The observation group was given Liuwei Dihuang Decoction plus insulin(63 cases),and the control group was given insulin alone treatment(63 cases).Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 96.83%higher than that in the control group of 79.37%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05.)Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with insulin has a high clinical value in the treatment of diabetes.It is not only safe,but also has a better control of blood glucose level.It is worthy of application and promotion.
