摘  要:以某型汽车空调系统(采用无刷直流电机)为研究对象,在半消声室内对该空调系统进行噪声特性试验,采用局部屏蔽法、声压法、频谱法对系统的空调箱进行噪声源识别和传递路径分析。试验结果表明:声压级幅值较大的阶次噪声(8阶和24阶)为无刷直流电机的电磁噪声,主要通过电机端盖传递出来;43阶次噪声为气动噪声,是由鼓风机(43片叶片)产生,主要通过空调箱进、出风口传递出来。研究结果为抑制汽车空调系统噪声提供重要参考依据。Taking one type of vehicle air-conditioning system(brushless DC(direct current)motor)as the study object,the noise characteristics of the air-conditioning system are tested in a semi-anechoic room.The noise source identification and propagation path analysis on the air conditioner box of this system are carried out using local shielding method,sound pressure method and spectrum method.The experimental results show that the noises of 8th and 24th order with higher sound pressure level amplitudes are the electromagnetic noises of the brushless DC motor,which mainly propagates through the motor end cover.The noise of 43th order is aerodynamic noise,which is generated by 43 blades of the blower,and mainly propagates through the air inlet and outlet of the air conditioner box.The research results will provide important references for suppressing the noise of vehicle air-conditioning system.
