摘　　要：都市化不仅影响到城市近郊及经济发达地区的农村,广大乡镇地区的乡村都市化也应受到关注。镇中村是乡镇地区在都市化进程中形成的一种特殊形态,兼具镇区与乡村的某些功能与特点。以凤凰村为典型案例的镇中村集中呈现了乡村都市化的特征,表现为人口结构的分化、经济结构的多元化、生活方式的都市化、大众传播的普及化以及思想观念的现代化。镇中村的乡村都市化动力机制在于农业经营结构的转变以及乡村工业的发展。镇中村的乡村都市化并不是城市化的终结,而是城市化的起步。在未来,乡村都市化带来的不仅是物的都市化,还包括村民观念的改变、社会制度的转型和市民社会的建立。Urbanization not only affects the rural areas in the suburbs and economically developed areas,but attention should also be paid to the rural urbanization of the vast rural areas.Urban villages are a special form of urbanization in rural areas,combining certain functions and characteristics of townships and villages.As a typical case of a urban village,Phoenix Village is charactertized by rural urbanization,featuring the differentiation of demographic structure,the diversification of economic structure,the urbanization of lifestyle,the popularization of mass communication and the modernization of ideology.The dynamic mechanism of rural urbanization of urban villages lies in the transformation of agricultural management structure and the development of rural industry.The rural urbanization of urban villages is the beginning rather than the end of urbanization.In the future,rural urbanization will bring about not only the urbanization of materials,but also the change of villagers’perceptions,the transformation of social system and the establishment of civil society.
