摘  要:学前教育是终身学习伊始,对幼儿身心健康、习惯养成、智力发展具有重要意义。从某种程度上说,一位好园长,就是一所好幼儿园。幼教事业的发展需要教育家型幼儿园园长。本文通过问卷调查法和个别访谈法,对陕西省宝鸡市200余名幼儿园园长的工作进行调研,提出了听、看、学、做、研的五位一体培养途径,以期对我市教育家型幼儿园园长的培养提供一些数据和思路,对幼教事业的改革和发展有所帮助。The preschool education is at the beginning of a lifelong learning, on children’s physical and mental health habits to develop intellectual development is of great significance to some extent. A good director is the development of a good kindergarten preschool education, the kindergarten needs educators. This article, through questionnaire and individual interview, Baoji in Shaanxi province more than 200 of the kindergarten work research, puts forward to the study to do research of five training methods in order to Zhuhai educators integrated type the kindergarten culture provides some data and train of thought, and be helpful to the reform and development of preschool education career.
