摘　　要：党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,是继中国新农村建设战略后,着眼于农业农村优先发展和着力解决中国“三农”问题的又一重大战略;也是着眼于解决新时代中国发展不平衡和不充分,尤其是解决城乡发展不平衡和农村发展不充分矛盾的重大举措。A large influx of rural population has already migrated to cities,transforming the scattered setf-sufficient njral economy to more concentrated market economy.Industrial prosperity is the economic cornerstone of a vibrant countryside,while a sound eco-environment will create the premise to implement the rural revitalization strategy.A booming rural spiritual life will serve as the cultural foundation and the epitome of a virtuous countryside,and a well-off life for all villagers is the ultimate goal to fulfill the vision.In the future,rural resources will leash the vast potential when their value have been understood and evaluated.
