骨科护士职业疲劳与社会支持现状及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查南昌市骨科护士的职业疲劳与社会支持现状,并分析二者之间的相关性。方法于2019年1-7月抽取南昌市218名从事骨科护理工作的在职护士作为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、疲劳评定量表、社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果 192名骨科护士职业疲劳得分为17.04±2.51,社会支持得分为40.09±9.91。不同年龄、性别、医院类型、职称、受教育程度、平均月收入的骨科护士职业疲劳总分、社会支持总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。骨科护士职业疲劳总分及其各维度与社会支持均呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论南昌市骨科护士职业疲劳与社会支持处于中等水平,两者密切相关。护理管理者应积极提升骨科护士社会支持水平,以缓解其职业疲劳。Objective To investigate the current situation of occupational fatigue and social support among orthopedic nurses in Nanchang City,analyze the correlation between them. Methods A total of 218 nurses engaged in orthopedic nursing work in Nanchang City were selected as survey subjects from January to July 2019. The questionnaire survey was conducted using the general questionnaire,fatigue rating scale and social support rating scale. Results Among 192 orthopedic nurses,the total score of occupational fatigue was 17.04 ±2.51,and social support was 40.09 ±9.91. The differences occupational fatigue scores and social support scores among nurses with different age,gender,hospital type,professional title,education level and average monthly income were statistically significant(all P<0.01). The total score of occupational fatigue and score of dimensions were negatively correlated with social support(all P<0.01). Conclusion The occupational fatigue and social support of orthopedic nurses in Nanchang City are at a medium level,and there is a close correlation between them. Nursing managers should actively promote the level of social support for orthopedic nurses to alleviate their occupational fatigue.
