摘  要:目的了解上海市嘉定区小学高年级学生网络成瘾与心理健康问题的相关性,为开展学生网络成瘾干预提供科学的指导依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法于2018年11-12月选取上海市嘉定区6所公办小学四、五年级的学生进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般情况、网络成瘾测试及心理健康测验等。结果调查的2 092名小学生中分别有四年级学生951名(45.46%),五年级学生1 141名(54.54%);女生985名(47.08%),男生1 107名(52.92%)。上海市嘉定区小学高年级网络成瘾率为4.54%,不同性别、学习成绩、家庭经济条件、与父母关系、相貌(自认为)、朋友数量(能够得到支持和帮助的朋友)的学生网络成瘾率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。网络成瘾组学生在全量表及8个内容量表的得分均高于非成瘾组(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,男生、学习成绩较差、与母亲关系一般或差、心理健康问题较为严重、冲动倾向较为严重是上海市嘉定区小学高年级学生网络成瘾的危险因素。结论心理健康问题较为严重的小学高年级学生可能更容易形成网络成瘾,应根据性别、学习成绩等特点,有针对性的开展心理健康教育,关注网络成瘾学生,加强对学生的心理健康干预。Objective To understand the relationship between internet addiction and mental health among senior students in Jiading District of Shanghai,provide scientific guidance for carrying out interventions of internet addiction. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to collect the students of fourth and fifth grade in six public primary schools in Jiading District of Shanghai during November to December in 2018. The questionnaire investigation was conducted,and the contents included general situation,internet addiction test,and mental health test. Results There were 951 fourth grade students(45.46%) and 1 141 fifth grade students(54.54%),as well as 985 girls(47.08%) and 1 107 boys(52.92%) in 2 092 primary school students. The rate of internet addiction among senior students of primary school in Jiading District of Shanghai was 4.54%. There were statistically significant differences in the rate of internet addiction among students in different genders,academic records,family economic conditions,relationships with parents appearance(self-consideration),numbers of friends(who can support and help them)(all P <0.05). The score of full scale and eight content scales in internet addiction group were higher than those in non-internet addiction group(all P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that schoolboys, poor academic records, general or poor relationship with the mother,more serious mental health problems,high levels of impulsive tendencies were the risk factors of the internet addiction of senior students in primary school in Jiading District of Shanghai. Conclusion The senior students in primary school,who have serious mental health problems,are more likely to form the internet addiction. It is necessary to carry out mental health education according to the characteristics of gender and academic achievement,pay attention to internet addicted students and strengthen mental health intervention.
