摘 要:目的探讨头颅MRI+MRS联合52项神经运动学检查在高危儿脑损伤筛查中的应用价值,分析Bobath运动疗法联合物理电治疗在高危儿脑损伤临床治疗中的效果。方法家庭干预组45例患儿行常规训练干预治疗,医院干预组45例患儿行综合性干预治疗。对比分析MRI+MRS检查、52项神经运动学检查联合对脑损伤病灶的检出率,对比2组患儿治疗干预前后52项神经运动学检查结果。结果头颅MRI+MRS联合52项神经运动学检查对高危儿脑损伤的检出率高于二者单项检查(P<0.05)。治疗干预3个疗程后,医院干预组患儿52项神经运动学检查正常率高于家庭干预组(P<0.05)。结论MRI+MRS、52项神经运动学检查的联合应用可有效提高高危儿脑损伤筛查的可靠性;在常规训练干预治疗的基础上联合应用Bobath疗法和物理电治疗可有效提高高危儿脑损伤的治疗效果。Objective To study the application value of cranial MRI+MRS combined with 52 neurokinematic examinations in the screening of brain injury in high-risk children,and analyzed the effect of Bobath exercise therapy combined with physical electrotherapy in the clinical treatment of brain injury in high-risk children.Methods In the family intervention group,45 children received conventional training treatment;and in the intervention group,45 children received comprehensive treatment.The detection rate of brain injury by MRI+MRS examination and 52 neurokinesiology examinations were compared.The results of 52 neurokinesiology examinations before and after treatment intervention were compared between two groups.Results The detection rate of cranial MRI+MRS combined with 52 neurokinematics examinations was higher than that in the two examinations.After three courses of treatment intervention,the normal rate of 52 neurokinematics examinations in the hospital intervention group was higher than that in the family intervention group.Conclusion The combined application of MRI+MRS and 52 neurokinematics examinations can effectively improve the reliability for high-risk children with brain injury.On the basis of conventional training therapy combined with Bobath therapy and physical electrotherapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of high-risk children with brain injury.
