摘  要:特种车的支腿液压缸与柔性悬挂和轮胎共同受力,为上装部分提供稳定支撑。在特种车工作过程中,液压支腿受到动态载荷的作用,该动态载荷难以通过仿真分析获得。对展车调平、起竖回转、外载荷作用等常用工况下支腿液压缸承受的动态载荷进行分析,并结合测力试验数据,提出支腿液压缸动态载荷计算方法,为整车的设计合理性和安全性提供支撑。Stabilizers cylinder of a special truck shares stresses with the flexible suspension and the wheel to provide a stable support to the upper structure, so that during the truck’s operation the hydraulic stabilizer will be dynamically loaded, which is hard to get through simulation and analysis. A way out has to analyze such a dynamic load by leveling the truck, raise and turn the upper structure, and counting the load from outside, while considering the load cell test data to provide a calculating method for the stabilizers dynamic load as a support to logic design and safety of the whole truck.
