摘　　要：法国的"黄背心"运动持续了一年多,是近些年来少有的大规模社会抗议运动。虽然"黄背心"运动是由政府在汽油价格里加征了碳排放税引起的,但即使政府声明放弃了马上加税,该运动仍然经久不衰。"黄背心"运动反映出法国底层民众对法国政治运作的不满,他们通过社会抗议活动要求更加直接的民主决策。政府对"黄背心"运动的态度也是从绥靖到镇压,变得越发强硬。法国的社会抗议活动一浪接着一浪,随着政府的改革政策推进而演化。未来,这些抗议活动似乎不会马上停息,它们对法国的经济、政治、社会及文化生活都产生着巨大影响。The Yellow Vest movement in France has lasted for more than a year and is a rarely seen large-scale social protest movement in recent years.Although the Yellow Vest movement was caused by the government’s imposition of a carbon tax on gasoline prices,the campaign has endured,despite the French government’s decision to abandon its original plan.That shows that lower classes in France are dissatisfied with current political institutions,and are resorting to social protest to claim more direct democratic decision-making.French government’s attitude on Yellow Vest movement has evolved from appeasement to suppression,hardening its position over time.Waves of social protests in France have followed and evoled with the government’s advancing of its reform policies.At this stage these protests appear unlikely to cease in the immediate future and are leaving a huge impact on France’s economic,political,social and cultural life.
