摘　　要：在分析了大连市中心区声环境功能区划调整必要性的基础上,全面评估了现有区划实施效果,以问题为导向提出了区划调整的方法体系,并阐述了区划调整结果的可行性,为城市环境噪声管理和防治提供科学依据。Based on the objective analysis of the necessity of the adjustment of the acousticenvironment functional zoning in the central area of Dalian,this paper comprehensively evaluates the implementation effect of the existing zoning.The method system of the zoning adjustment guided by the problems is proposed.The feasibility of the results of the zoning adjustment is expounded,which provides a scientific basis for the management and prevention of urban environmental noise.
