摘　　要：指出了红毛七为小檗科植物,红毛七的干燥根及根茎,主要分布于东北、湖北、西藏等地,常用于治疗脘腹寒痛,跌打损伤,风湿痹痛,月经不调。主要含有生物碱、三萜皂苷、环烯醚萜、脂肪酸、甾醇等化学成分。且发现红毛七有抗风湿、抗炎镇痛、抑菌、抗氧化以及抗肿瘤等活性。综述了其化学成分及其药理活性,为红毛七的进一步开发研究提供理论参考。Caulophyllumis a small genus of perennial herbs in the family Berberidaceae.The root and rhizome ofCaulophyllumrobustomMaxim mainly distributed in the northeast,Shaanxi,Hubei,Tibet and other places.The primary function of“Caulophyllum”was to induce childbirth,ease the pain of labor,rectify delayed or irregular menstruation,and alleviate heavy bleeding and pain during menstruation.According to reports from domestic and foreign related literature,alkaloids,triterpene saponins,iridoids,fatty acids,sterols and other chemical components have been isolated from it.And it was found that anti-rheumatoid,anti-inflammatory analgesic,antibacterial,anti-oxidation and anti-tumor activity.This paper reviews its chemical composition and its pharmacological activity,and provides a theoretical reference for the further development and research of Caulophyllum.
